The First Operational Supervisor is a person appointed by the Head of Technical Operations/Mining Technical Leader (KTT/PTL) and is responsible to the KTT/PTL for carrying out inspections, examinations, and testing of mining operations within the area under their responsibility in accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations.
The role of the Intermediate Operational Supervisor as a middle management supervisor is responsible for managing occupational health and safety (K3) and the mining environment. Therefore, training is provided to ensure competence in middle management supervision.
The Chief Operational Supervisor is someone whose duties and responsibilities cover the Middle Management level within the mining company, as stipulated by the Decision of the Director General of Geology and Mineral Resources No. 0228.K/40/djg/2003 concerning the competence of operational supervisors in mineral and coal mining companies.
